CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Vango Wellness. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Policy applies to the products and services of Vango Wellness LLC. It explains how we deal with cancellations, re-scheduling, no shows, and refunds. Please read it carefully before making your purchase.

REFUNDS

Coaching Services

We do not offer refunds for delivered coaching sessions. When you purchase the coaching session or a package, it indicates that you are committing to participate in the process.

If offered as part of the coaching package – ‘bonus services’ are not refundable.

If you are not satisfied within 24 hrs after your first session with us, we will give you a full refund. We do not offer refunds for delivered services for any further sessions. We do not offer refunds for the Lighthouse 90min session.

Physical and Digital Products

All sales are final and no refunds will be issued for physical or digital downloadable products.

Sale items cannot be refunded or returned.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

To respect the time and commitment of both parties, the following policy applies to all coaching appointments:

Cancellations Within 24 Hours:

○ Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will not be rescheduled.

○ The session will be considered as taken and will count toward the client’s package or session total.

No Shows Policy:

○ If a client does not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice, the session will be marked as taken and will not be rescheduled.

Exceptions:

○ Exceptions to this policy may be made in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, at the sole discretion of the coach.

This policy ensures fairness and allows for efficient scheduling to serve all clients effectively.
